Kelly Council, MHS, OTR/L
Kelly is the Founder and Lead Occupational Therapist at Peak Occupational Therapy. With
over 30 years of pediatric experience, she is passionate about helping children build the skills
they need to confidently engage in everyday activities — at home, in school, and in their
communities. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with children
who experience challenges in many areas including sensory processing, self-regulation,
motor planning, fine motor coordination, visual-motor integration and feeding. Her goal is
to support each child in reaching their highest potential through meaningful, play-based,
and evidence-driven therapy.
Professional Background
Kelly has a Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University. Over the years, she has provided therapy in diverse environments — from schools and preschools to sensory clinics and homes — serving children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor challenges.
